Prenatal massage
Gentle support for your changing body
Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but the physical and emotional changes can leave your body feeling tired, tense, and uncomfortable. Prenatal massage gives you a peaceful opportunity to slow down, relax, and receive gentle care designed around the changing needs of your body.
Mandi brings everything needed for your massage directly to your home, vacation rental, or RV site in Gold Canyon and nearby areas. You can relax in your own space — with no drive home afterward.

Prenatal massage may help support
- Relaxation and stress reduction
- Relief from everyday muscle tension
- Comfort for the lower back, hips, neck, and shoulders
- Temporary relief from common pregnancy-related aches
- Improved overall comfort and well-being
- More restful sleep and relaxation
Every pregnancy is different. Your session will be thoughtfully adapted to your stage of pregnancy, comfort level, and how your body feels that day.
Comfortable, pregnancy-specific positioning
Supportive pillows and bolsters are used to create a comfortable side-lying or semi-reclined position. This allows you to relax without placing unnecessary pressure on your abdomen or lower back.
Pressure and positioning can be adjusted throughout your massage. Please speak up at any time if you would like a change in pressure, position, room temperature, or anything else that would make you more comfortable.
What to expect
Before your session, Mandi will briefly discuss your pregnancy, health history, current symptoms, comfort preferences, and any guidance provided by your prenatal healthcare provider.
Your massage will use gentle, nurturing techniques appropriate for pregnancy. You will remain properly draped throughout the session, and your comfort will always come first.
